 Our History
In 1995 - Hengda New Material (Fujian) Co., Ltd. (formerly Putian Hengda Machinery and Electricity Industry Co., Ltd.) was established
In 2007 – Built a new plant to release more production capacity of rule die steel
In 2012 – Successfully developed composite materials and bi-metal band saw blades. Sufficient production capacity was equipped with advanced imported high-tech production lines. Since then, the company has broader product segments with a combination of die-cutting and metal-cutting processing materials
In 2017 – Started to produce steel rules, rotary die-cutting rules and sells them domestically and oversea, further extended product’s series
In 2017 – Launched the IPO plan
In 2018 – Company restructured and changed name to Hengda New Materials (Fujian) Co., Ltd.
In 2019 - Successfully developed CNC automatic high-speed circular saw machine and cermet circular saw blade. Entered the market of intelligent equipment
In 2020 - Developed smart cutting machine for flexible materials, band saw machine, carbide band saw blade. Also, started to build new industrial park
In 2021 – Successfully listed in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange

It is also a manufacturing & trading combination company locates in Putian city, a harbour city close to Xiamen port in China. Production Equipment
Hengda has a strong manufacturing capability and advanced production equipment. The main production equipment is European-imported milling machine, CNC strip leveling line, welding machine, tool sharpening machine and other in-house self-developed machines. The products are manufactured by the most advanced and updated (national invention patent) technology and independently-developed advanced processing methods.
